These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales made on the website omura.world, operated by Omura.

1. Purpose of the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by Omura on the website omura.world. Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products
The products offered for sale on the website are items designed using 3D printing technologies. Our products may be manufactured directly by Omura or by partners, such as Zellerfeld for certain items, including shoes.
Design and manufacturing: The products are designed by Omura and manufactured using 3D printing processes, which may result in slight variations in the texture or appearance of the final product. The products are described as accurately as possible, but minor differences may occur between the images and the finished products.
Availability: All products are offered subject to availability. If a product is no longer available after your order has been placed, we will inform you promptly and offer you a refund or a new availability date.
3. Orders
Order confirmation: An order is considered confirmed once payment has been confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your order.
Order modification or cancellation: If you wish to modify or cancel an order after confirmation, you can contact us promptly at support@omura.world. If the order has not yet been prepared or shipped, we will do our best to modify or cancel it.
This possibility of cancellation before processing does not affect the legal right of withdrawal of the consumer customer, where applicable.
For certain products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible once production has started.
4. Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros, including all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are not included in the product prices and will be calculated during checkout.
International prices: For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional taxes or customs duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately after the order has been confirmed. Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method available on our website. All payments are secure.
6. Delivery
Delivery terms, including estimated delivery times and shipping costs, are detailed in our [Shipping Policy]. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, or the selected shipping method.
7. Returns and withdrawal
The terms for returns and withdrawal are specified in our [Return and Refund Policy]. Products must be returned in their original condition and unused in order to be eligible for a refund.
The customer may also exercise their right of withdrawal electronically via our online withdrawal form, accessible in the footer of our pages at https://www.omura.world/. If this function is used, Omura will send a receipt confirmation by email without undue delay.
8. Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
9. Liability
Omura strives to ensure that the information displayed on its website is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors or interruptions.
Force majeure: Omura shall not be held liable for delays or failures to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, etc.

Omura reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be informed of any changes via the website or by email. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in force at the time of the order.
11. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of Omura’s registered office, unless otherwise provided by applicable local law
